The Beginnings

Hello and welcome to my blog,

Firstly let me introduce to you my parents

Kirti Varsani aka Mummy (isn’t she beautiful).

Vinod Varsani aka Papa.

So let’s start at the beginning, I was born on 9th July 2008 and weighed 7lb 6oz. A healthy and cute baby don't you think?
     

As mentioned in the profile at present my parents will be narrating the past and the present moments of my life and yes like every parent they will undoubtedly be very biased.

Now where was I? Oh yes, being born.....a beautiful baby...blah blah blah. 

Being born was pretty amazing as I got a lot of attention from both sides of my parent’s family especially from my mother’s side as my mummy was the eldest of all of the closest cousins and I was the first grandchild in the family.

I am told that when I was only a few days old my parents surprised one of my cousins (from my fathers side) who had been away on a school trip (Binal Varsani).

On the 6th day of my birth a ritual was carried out.

It wasn’t long after that that my parents decided to name me ‘Maya’.

I will go into further details of my life prior to my brother but this blog isn't called 'This is My Life', so expect flash backs and walks down memory lane every so often.
